He was predeceased by: his parents, Dale E. Fryer and Beverly Signor; his close friend Patricia Higgins; his siblings, Dale E. Fryer and Linda Fryer Green; and his nephews, Michael Fryer and Gregory Green.
He is survived by: his daughter Jennifer R. Jeirles of Lock Haven; his sister Leah A. Fryer of Avis; his grandchildren, Carrie and Shane Higgins; and his sister-in-law Dawn E. Fryer.
