He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry W. Hoover and Margaret A. Hoover (Staver). He is survived by: his girlfriend Susan M. Snyder; his daughter Jessica L. Young of Ohio; his grandchildren, Aislinn and Nikolas; his sisters, Deanna Jean Hoover of Jersey Shore and Susan Zinck (Kenneth) of Jersey Shore; his nieces, Rebecca Zinck (Christy Eyer) of Avis, Laura Harding (Ray) of Williamsport and Jessica Zinck of Jersey Shore; and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Blaine Hall of Williamsport, Brendon Clair of Jersey Shore, Sara Zinck of Jersey Shore, Kiersten Zinck of Avis, Constance Harding of Williamsport, Izabella Grimes of Jersey Shore and Kolton P. Conz of Linden.
