He was predeceased by: his brother William James Dieter. He is survived by: his parents, Sandra E. Kyle (Gary) of Jersey Shore and William C. Dieter, Jr. (Patricia) of Yardley, PA.; his wife Erin Hunter; his daughters, Dakota K. Dieter of Avis and Olivia S. Ulmer of Newberry; his sister Denise Dieter (Mark Lusk) of Jersey Shore; his niece Bryce Hillyard of Jersey Shore; his stepsister Stacy Sturgeon (Scott) of New Bloomfield; and his grandmother Delores Ribarchik of Collomsville.
