He was predeceased by: his parents, Alpheus Flanigan and Dorothy Flanigan. He is survived by: his wife Jean Flanigan; his children, Misty Flanigan of Jersey Shore, PA and David Mitcheltree Jr. of Lock Haven, PA.; his grandchildren, Kayla, Damon Warren-Best, Amari, David Miller, Sierra Young, Jacob Young and Zack Mitcheltree; his siblings, Rollin Flanigan and Patricia Reynolds; and his pets, Sammi and Kylee. He is also survived by four great grandchildren.
