He was predeceased by: his parent Dale Earnest; his sister Linda Green; his siblings-in-law, Don Green, Ronnie Dauberman (Jeanne), Joe Garvey and Judy Keen (Glenn); and his father-in-law Donald Dauberman.
He is survived by: his parent Beverly Signor Fryer; his spouse Dawn Dauberman; his children, Brenda Ingraham (Steve) of Jersey Shore, Beth Fryer (Charlie Reeder) of Mill Hall, Dale Fryer, Jr. of Texas and Cheryl Fryer (Jaime) of Jersey Shore; his siblings, Richard Fryer (Pat) of Lock Haven and Leah Fryer of Avis; his mother-in-law Shirley Dauberman of Avis; his siblings-in-law, Lynn Wheeler (Zip) of Jersey Shore and Bill Dauberman (Sue) of Avis; and his grandchildren, Aaron Chaplain (Larissa), Sabrina Chaplain, Amber Haag (Jut) and Ashley Ingraham. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made through the funeral home to the Avis United Methodist Church or the American Cancer Society.
