She was predeceased by: her parents, Hallie Simcox and Sarah J. Simcox (Rhoades); her husband Edward C. "Eddie" Pelton, Jr.; her daughters, Anna Marie Stephens and Tracey V. Willits; and her brothers, Joe, Dave, Bill and Hallie.
She is survived by: her children, Corey E. Pelton of Woolrich, Trudy J. Bailey of Linden, Tammey D. Hamilton of Avis, Arleen W. Marshall of Lock Haven and Tonya S. Bertin of Jersey Shore. She is also survived by several grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
