He is survived by: his parent Molly Lou Riggle Sphar; his spouse Nancy Carol Stahl; his daughter Debra Bedilion of Madison; his stepdaughters, Kathy Ann Strawaniak (Larry) of Mt. Lebanon and Sharon Lee Quinn of Washington; his grandchildren, Greg, Jennifer, Brian, Lori, Christina, Richie, Dennis and Robbie; his great grandchildren, Bailey, Colhman, Clayton, Ashlyn, Tyler, Allison, Hailey, Lydia, Emerson, RaSean and Raniyah; his son Richard Allen Sphar; and his brother Drayton Sphar.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Grace Bible Church.
