He is survived by: his son Jonathan Stokes of Avella, PA; his grandchildren, Jonathan, Jr., Dejuan, Isaiah, Silas and Roman; his great grandchild Malaki; and his siblings, James Stokes of New Mexico, Francis Straughters of Connellsville, Dee Straughters of Connellsville, Robin Straughters of Pittsburgh and Catherine Stokes of Maryland. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
