Carter of Avella, Pennsylvania, born in Washington, Pennsylvania, who passed away on November 28, 2021, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence Elden Carter and Bertha Bernice Bell Carter. He is survived by: his wife Carol Lee Eiler; his daughters, Patricia Khan (Cash) of Portland, Carla Powers of Langeloth and Glenda of West Virginia; his grandchildren, Cody Moore (Amy), Eric Moore, Daniel Nutter and Alix Powers; his great grandchild Opal Ann Moore; and his siblings, Gayle Hathaway of Washington, Robert and Elden Carter.
