He was predeceased by: his parents, James V. Cline Sr. and Eileen White Cline. He is survived by: his wife Deborah A. Mendez Cline; his son Justin T. Budash; his brother James V. Cline Jr. (Victor); his aunt Pat Bongiorni; and his neighbor Barry Clouston. He is also survived by many cousins, aunts and uncles, and his beloved cat.
