He is survived by: his wife Leona Bowland; his children, Kendel Butterfield of Taylorstown, Jeff Butterfield (Tracy) of West Alexander and Jay Butterfield (Debbie) of Taylorstown; his grandchildren, Jeffrey Chase Butterfield, Taylor Smith, Zachary Smith, Maggie Butterfield, Jeremiah Butterfield, Emily Butterfield, Abbey Butterfield, Jacob Butterfield and Jenna Butterfield; his great grandchildren, Rory and Tristan Butterfield; and his siblings, Wilda "Sis" Dillon of Claysville and Kenneth "Butch" Butterfield of Washington.
