She was predeceased by: her brother Samuel Parks; and her grandparents, Samuel, Jean Acheson, William and Helen Parks.
She is survived by: her parents, Curtis Parks and Cindy Acheson Crouch (Ron); her brother Timothy Parks of McDonald; her aunts and uncles, Bonnie Helt, Peggy Parks, Judy Gromacki (Ed), Rebecca Travaglini (Daniel), Scott Acheson and James Parks; and her fiancé John Ortitay.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made in Holly's name to the Humane Society.
