With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Brandie L. Chapman of Avella, Pennsylvania, born in Butler, Pennsylvania, who passed away on March 28, 2023 at the age of 51. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Frank E. Oiler and Barbara A. Hinds Oiler; her husband Anthony R. Chapman; her children, Shayne Chapman of McKees Rocks and Tyler Chapman of Avella; and her siblings, Cindy Pattison (Rod) of Wellsburg, WV, Tina Powers (Edward) of Avella, Keith Oiler (Kim) of Avella and Scott Oiler of Avella. She was also cherished by several nieces and nephews.
