He is survived by: his parents, Robert Tilburg and Jennie Haynes Tilburg Ludwig; his spouse Joan M. Glover; his daughters, Tammy Muisiner (Matt) of Emporium and Paula McCoy (Bill) of Trout Run; his stepchildren, Amber Roeske (Josh) of Austin and Tim Glover (Annette) of Coudersport; his grandchildren, Zac, Dallas, Keigan, Treigh and Jase; his great grandchild Cole Thomas Tucker; his sister Jean Crosby (Hugh) of Austin; and his siblings-in-law, Richard Glover (Nancy) of Austin, Tom Glover (Penny) of Austin, Albie Glover of Austin, Joe Glover (Vida) of Austin, Rick Glover (Sheri) of Austin, Bruce Glover of Emporium and Cindy Glover of Austin.
