She is survived by: her husband Joseph Thomas McNulty (Nancy Racchini) of Brockway; her sister Rebecca Thorne (William) of Greensburg; her nieces, Emily (Steve) and Pyser; and her children, Mike (Ruthie), Swartzlander and Brad (Heather).

In lieu of flowers, due to the unexpected nature of Sandra's death, the family asks for donations to be made to cover her final expenses.
