She is survived by: the mother of her child Jacqueline Kakos of Collegeville, PA; her daughters, Maria Sands of Audubon, PA and Lisa Sands of Boca Raton, FL; her sister Lucille O'Connor of Conshohocken; her niece Patti Barr (Greco); her grandchildren, Paul Kakos (Diane), Amanda Basalyga and Michael Basalyga; and her great grandchildren, PJ and Kelly Kakos.
