He was predeceased by: his spouse Marguerite "Peg" Lawder; and his parent Fortis M.. He is survived by: his parent Celeste Lawder; his children, Margaret Lawder, John Lawder Jr. (Diane) and William Lawder (Wendi); his grandchildren, Jessica, Gina, Adrianna, Kalliann, Christina and Kara; his great grandchildren, Joleina, Aaliyah and Kehlani; his brother Fortis M. "Mike" Lawder (Joan); and his sister-in-law Marilyn Spiciarich (John). He is also survived by nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephews.
