She was predeceased by: her husband Carl J. Annas Jr.; and her parents, William Shovlin and Elizabeth Shovlin. She is survived by: her children, Mary Beth Myers (Philip), Carl J. Annas III (Margo), Christopher Annas, Michael Annas (Mary) and Jeanne McCarthy (John); her grandchildren, Brian Myers (Kelley), Christopher Myers, Jennifer Annas (Zach Gerber), Amanda D'Elia (Tony), Jeffrey Annas, Jessica Tiagwad (Matthew), Haley Andreone (Kevin), Patrick Annas, Ellen Annas, Matthew McCarthy (Kristy), Brendan McCarthy and Meghan McCarthy; and her great grandchildren, Evelyn, Kathryn, Mason Myers, Olivia Gerber, Ava, Anthony D'Elia and Owen McCarthy.
