He is survived by: his wife Sarah Williams Chamberlain; his son John Chamberlain; his daughter-in-law Isabela Chamberlain; his granddaughters, Sarah H. Chamberlain and Emilee Roxas-Perry of Montgomery County, MD; his son Scott Chamberlain; his daughter-in-law Stacey Chamberlain; and his grandson Collin Chamberlain of Chester County, PA..
