Cosgrove and John P. Cosgrove; his great grandchild James W. Andrews; his stepgrandchildren, Kyle, Megan, Christina and Emily Foley; his brothers, James Cosgrove (Kathleen) and John Cosgrove (late Teresa); his former wife Catherine Scanlon; and his wife Elaine Foley.
