He was predeceased by: his parents, James F. Armstrong and Madeline C. Armstrong (Campbell). He is survived by: his children, Daniel (Jacqui) of Harleysville, Teresa Bates (Douglas) of Mountain Top and Catherine Garber of Plains; his wife Kitty; his son James; and his siblings, Joseph, Thomas, Madeline and Jim Ward. He is also survived by many grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.
