She was predeceased by: her parents, John Thomas and Emma Thomas; her spouse H. Warner Shannon; her son Michael W. Shannon; and her siblings, Warren Thomas (Bud), Marjorie Osborne, June Edwards and Ruth Heymer.
She is survived by: her daughter Carol Murray (Tom); her grandchildren, Gregory, Jennifer, Stephen, Scott and Kaitlyn; her great grandchildren, Griffin, Tucker, Graham, Ellis and Walker; her sister Dorothy Humphreys; and her daughter-in-law Debra Shannon. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
