He was predeceased by: his parents, Lawrence E. Rapp and Helen Rapp (Velekei). He is survived by: his wife Martha E. Rapp (Kelly); his brother Michael Rapp; his mother-in-law Eileen Kelly; his sisters-in-law, Megan Rapp, Susanne Kelly and Cathy Baum; and his nieces and nephews, Jon, Alex, Ryan Rapp, Damian, Cynthia, Meghan and Ava Baum.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, March 19th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Thursday, March 20th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Cantelmi Long Funeral Home (500 Linden St, Bethlehem, PA 18018). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, March 20th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
