She was predeceased by: her parents, Guy Sowers and Sarah Sowers (Mengle); her husband James L. "Jimmy" Peiffer; and her grandson Zachary Peiffer. She is survived by: her son Timothy Peiffer (Gretchen) of Dover, PA; and her sisters, Dorothy Kerschner and Kathleen Baver. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, September 29th 2024 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Geschwindt Stabingas Ebling Funeral Home (25 E Main St, Schuylkill Haven, PA 17972). Viewing will be held on Monday, September 30th 2024 at 9:30 AM at the St. John's Church. A funeral service will be held on Monday, September 30th 2024 at 10:30 AM at the same location.
