He was predeceased by: his parents, William Kramer and Flora Seibert (Aungst). He is survived by: his wife Debbie Kramer (Yost); his children, David Kramer of Schuylkill Haven, Mark Kramer Jr. (Pam) of Schuylkill Haven and Jennifer Hower (Scott) of Schuylkill Haven; his stepchildren, Michael Borden (Jessica) of Lake Wynonah and Monica Reber (Jeff) of Cressona; and his siblings, Ruth Ann Kramer, Alvin Kramer (Alda) and Allen Kramer (Shirley). He is also survived by 10 grandchildren; one great-grandchild.
Due to the current pandemic, services will be held privately.
