He was predeceased by: his parents, Kurt R. Kipar and Eleanor M. Bullock Kipar. He is survived by: his sons, Michael (Amy Kipar) and Patrick (Laura Kipar) of Auburn Twp; his grandchildren, Kurt Patrick, Darby Marissa and Nathan Michael; his brother Paul (Sue Kipar) of Auburn Twp; his nieces and nephews, Ryan Jay Kipar (Megan) of Rush, PA, Alex Paul Kipar (Cassie) of Auburn Twp and Rebecca R. Booth of Baltimore, MD; and also Susan. He is also survived by several cousins, great nieces/nephews and friends.
In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made in David's name to Wyoming County Fair, 9141 SR 6, Meshoppen, PA 18630 or to the Wyoming County 4-H, 71 Hollow Crest Road, Suite 2, Tunkhannock, PA 18657.
