He is survived by: his wife Sandra Wagner; his daughter Kimi; his stepson Terry; his former wife Sandra Hartzell; his daughter Kimberly Forse; his grandsons, Courtland Forse and Chase Forse; his son Terrence McArdle; his grandson Tyler Long; and his sister Susan Catherine Dodds (McArdle).

Before the pandemic, he loved to play Texas Hold'em poker at local places and would wear a hat from his collection.
