He was predeceased by: his parents, Harmon, Jr. Blow and Jeannine Blow. He is survived by: his children, Sheila Blow of Sayre, PA, Jennifer, Alan Peachey of Waverly, NY, Kimberly Blow of Sayre, PA and Danielle Blow of Sayre, PA; his grandchildren, Brendan Cooke and Jase Blair; his brother Merle; his sister-in-law Cheryl Blow of Oklahoma City, OK; his sister Joy; his brother-in-law Dennis Vosburg of Winter Haven, FL; and his friend Ken Robinson of East Smithfield, PA.. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins.
