He is survived by: his mother Delores Smith Middlecamp of Athens; his siblings, Sheila McNeal (Wally) of Towanda and Steven Middlecamp (Christine) of South Waverly; his nieces and nephews, Richard (Dana), Chris, Adam, Jennifer and Keirsten; and his pet Lucy.
