He was predeceased by: his father Peter Condame; his sister-in-law Wendy Condame; and his stepdaughter Heather Lee. He is survived by: his mother Suzanne Condame (Mattle); his significant other Barbara Lee; his daughter Liza Symonds (Jock); his stepchildren, Heath Lee (Kelly) and Heidi Lee; his grandchildren, Christopher, Melanie and Isabella; his stepgrandchildren, Morgan, Jordan, Logan, Mercedes, Dalton and Mason; and his brothers, John Condame (Jennifer), Joseph Condame and Thomas Condame (Karin). He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and cousins.
