He was predeceased by: his father Theodore "Ted" Keir. He is survived by: his mother Evelyn G. Keir (Groff); his siblings, William Keir (Susan), Gerald Keir, Dina Mosier, Charles Keir (Michelle) and Debra Raupers (Kevin); and his nieces and nephews, Julie Hadlock (Ron), Brandy Volz, Jennifer Kelsall (Jamey), William Keir, Matthew Keir (Nicky), Dylan Keir, Katelyn Homnick (Paul), Isaac Keir (Anna), Keiran Soprano (Nick), Amy Keir, Christopher Raupers (Shawna) and Jordan Raupers.
