He is survived by: his wife Kierstin; his children, Raven Gardner, Hudson Gardner and Ashton Brotzman; his father John "Jack" Gardner of Towanda, PA; his brother Alex Gardner of Avon, OH; his sister-in-law Sarah Gardner of Avon, OH; his sister Kim Heisler of Macon, NC; his brother-in-law Fred Heisler of Macon, NC; his parents-in-law, Dennis McCarthy of Sayre, PA and Vicki McCarthy of Sayre, PA; and his siblings-in-law, Joe McCarthy, Josh McCarthy, Kim McCarthy of Sayre, PA, Sarah Rae of Anderson, SC and Jeff Rae of Anderson, SC. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and cousins.
