She was predeceased by: her parents, Edward Sterling Ross and J. Elma Pendleton Ross; her husband Roe Russell; her son Richard Russell; her son-in-law Leslie Wanck; her siblings-in-law, Lewis Rockwell and Nancy Ross; and her brother Gayl Ross.
She is survived by: her daughters, Janet (Tod Horton) and Kathy Wanck (Towanda) of Hornbrook; her siblings, Shirley Rockwell of Rome, Robert Ross of Rome and Dr. Gary; her sister-in-law Louise Ross of Wilsons, VA; her stepbrother John Young of Potterville; her grandchildren, Lisa Shanks (Michael) of Towanda, Jason Wanck (Dawn) of Milan, Jacob Wanck of Hornbrook, Eric Wanck (Lauren) of Acworth, Benjamin Horton (Kaitlyn) of Owego, NY and Brian Horton (Cali) of Wyalusing; her great grandchildren, Parker, Graham, Sadie, Austyn and Zaylee Wanck; and her grandchildren, Lincoln, Lydia, Landon Shanks, Kyler and Baby.
