He was predeceased by: his parents, Llewellyn "Bud" Haxton and Florence M. Haxton (Dobson); his wife Ruth; his son Lawrence Milton "Larry" Haxton; and his brother Thomas "Tom" Haxton.
He is survived by: his daughter Heather; his son-in-law Jamie Bell; his son Timothy Haxton; his grandchildren, Brittney Mays (Jacob), Mackenzie Wolkerstorfer (Nathan), Sydney Harner (Chase), Micaela Bell (Weston Moskalski), Mackenzie Plouse, Briana Haxton and Taylor Haxton; his great grandchildren, Avery and Saige; and his sisters, Donna Haxton and Cindy Haxton. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, February 25th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Lowery-Urban Funeral Home & Cremation Services, Inc. (225 S Main St, Athens, PA 18810). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, February 25th 2025 at 5:00 PM at the same location.
