He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Howe and Rita Howe (Cogan). He is survived by: his wife Donna Howe; his children, Pauline Bender, Rachel Morrisey (Jimmy), Patrick (Barb Hebbard), Matthew Howe (Janel) and Christine Capell; and his siblings, Frank Howe, Katie Howe, Dolores and Sandy Rems. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, great nieces, and great nephews.
