She was predeceased by: her parents, Allen Chandler and Ernestine Chandler (Meckel); her former husband Clay "Pete" Tuttle; and her husband Harold "Rip" Shoemaker. She is survived by: her grandson James "JT" Watson; her siblings, Ellen Fravel and William "Bill" Chandler; her children, Ann Freeman (Les) of Granville Summit, Jane Watson (Jim) of Sayre and Tim Tuttle (Karen) of Greene, NY.; her grandchildren, Chris Watson of Sayre, Shelley Trick (Shawn) of Granville Summit, Daniel Tuttle (Delana) of Millersburg, PA and Matthew Tuttle (Heather) of Chenango Forks, NY.; her great grandchildren, Daniel Tuttle, Jr. of Millersburg, Ian, Gavin Trick of Granville Summit and Cora Tuttle of Chenango Forks; and her sister-in-law Vivian Chandler of Towanda. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
