He was predeceased by: his parents, Cecil "Zeke" White and Dorothy White (Leavenworth). He is survived by: his siblings, Jack White (Joann), Jean White, Judy Cady (Joe) and Jon White (Cheryl); his half-brother Roger White; his nieces and nephews, James White (Vicki), Jennifer McGuire (Sean), Trip Cady (Christine), Joshua Cady (Julie), Jessica Rhodes (Todd) and Jodi White; and his close friends, Jake and Gretchen. He is also survived by 14 great nieces and nephews.
