He is survived by: his friends, Procter and Gamble; his wife Ruth A Powers (Biery); his daughter Julie Ann Powers; his son-in-law Murve "Bobby" Powers of Athens, PA.; his brother Donald Powers; his sister-in-law Karen Powers of Apalachin, NY.; his sister Cheryl Vaughn; his siblings-in-law, Mark Vaughn of Towanda, PA. and Rose Powers of Wysox, PA.; and his parents-in-law, Rosemary Proctor of Sayre, PA. and Robert "Bob" Biery of Athens, PA.. He is also survived by Many nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
