He was predeceased by: his parents, John Dolan and Margaret Calpin Dolan; and his granddaughter Meredith Rose Handrick. He is survived by: his wife Elizabeth "Libby" McLaughlin of Corning, NY.; his daughters, Maureen Yanuzzi (Peter), Kate Clare (Ian) and Carolyn Dolan Handrick; his grandchildren, Audrey and Sean Clare; and his sisters, JoAnn Olmstead (Ancil) and Patricia Craig (Kenneth). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
