He was predeceased by: his parent Cory Patterson; his wife Joan; and his siblings, Edward Patterson and Gloria Ann Patterson. He is survived by: his parent Grace Patterson (Wheeler); his daughters-in-law, Jon Patterson, Stacy Patterson of Virginia Beach, VA, Jeffrey Patterson and Colleen Patterson of Athens, PA; his grandchildren, Joshua, Jacob, Amelia and Riley; his brother James Patterson of Athens, PA; and his sister-in-law Mary Patterson of Athens, PA. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
