He was predeceased by: his parents, Jesse J. Westbrook and Katherine Westbrook (Chandler); his siblings, Eldon Westbrook, Jesse Westbrook, Dorrance Westbrook, Charles Westbrook and Janet Bowen (Westbrook); and his aunt Cora Ward.
He is survived by: his nephew Benny (Kim Westbrook) of Athens, PA; and his friend Burt Cole. He is also survived by several other nieces, nephews, great-nieces, great-nephews, cousins.
