He is survived by: his wife Doris Mae Brown; his children, Kathleen Lynn, Denise Jean, Kimberly Sue Walters, Lester David and Lloyd Edward Walters; his grandchildren, Troy Michael, Emmitt James Chilson, Hunter William Walters, Dallas Ryan Walters, Patricia Elaine Walters and Jason Elliott Walters; and his stepgrandsons, Michael Smith and Mason Smith. He is also survived by several great grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.
