Hoover (Atglen, Pennsylvania), born in Coatesville, Pennsylvania, who passed away on April 4, 2018, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parent Walter Tillman; her granddaughter Chelsea Davis; and her siblings, Walter Tillman, Jr. and Grace Stoltzfus. She is survived by: her parent Hazel Wallace Tillman; her daughter Mary E. Davis (Jim) of Atglen; her granddaughter Anisha Davis of Holtwood, PA; her great grandchild Chelsea Davis of Atglen; her siblings, William O. Tillman, Lenora Watson, Edna Oatman, Hazel Burkman, Virginia Walton and Kay Myers; her child Ralph Alexander; and also Dennis Norton of Holtwood, PA.
