She is survived by: her husband Ernst R. Hoffmann; her sons, Raymond Stackhouse (Amy) of Parkesburg and Ron Stackhouse of Cochranville; and her brothers, Bob Gouge of Christiana, PA and Vernon Gouge of Florida.
