He is survived by: his wife Sheila Hall-Spencer; his sister Ethel Johnson; his grandchildren, Christopher Schiavi of Wilmington, Gia Hall and Grayson Hall of Landenberg, Pennsylvania; his parents-in-law, Howard "Beau" and Dolores Jennings; his siblings-in-law, Crystal Hutt (Eric) of Wilmington, Leslie Legette (Jeffery "Randy") of Claymont, Jenean Cooper, Lori Malek (Armin) of Baltimore, Danna Jennings of Brookeville, Ann Marie Jennings, Stanford Cooper and Steven Jennings of Chester, Pennsylvania; his daughter-in-law Samantha Miller-Hall of Landenberg, Pennsylvania; and his nieces and nephews, Regina Spencer, Paul Spencer, Troy Spencer, Sharia Johnson, Charles and Flamer, Jr.. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, friends, and his cherished.
