Angerstein (Russell) and Joanne Bishop (Anne); his siblings, Philip Eichinger, Stan Eichinger and Cass McMenamy; his grandchildren, Danielle (Dan), Michael (Mali), Jennifer (Russell), Jimmy (Jaime), Jason (Katie), Lyndsay (Chris), Jenna (Jon), Eric, Risa (Matt), Jaxon, Jeramiah and Jacob; and his great grandchildren, Bryan, Shane, Morgan, Rachel, Maisie, Frankie, Max, Beau, Matty, Archer, Ian, Colin and Madison. He is also survived by his family, especially his grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
