She was predeceased by: her son Matthew DiSalvo; and her brothers, James Leake (Buddy) and David Leake. She is survived by: her husband Charlie Rubillo; her children, Michael DiSalvo and Mary Rubillo; her grandchildren, Clayton, Jamison, Teagan, Charlynn and Christopher; and her siblings, Barbara "Bobbi" Snow and John "Jack" Leake. She is also survived by many other nieces, nephews and great-nieces and great-nephews.
Jo became heavily involved with The Overdose Awareness and Memorial Walk and has served on the Board of Directors of the Bridge to Recovery Foundation.
