He was predeceased by: his parents, Elizabeth Howett and Eugene Roscoe Bailey; and his siblings, Eugene Bailey, Robert Bailey and Joanne Norden.
He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Bailey; his children, Deborah Lee (Denis), Michael Bailey (Darlene), David Bailey (Eileen), Cynthia Sereikis (Michael) and Dana O'Brien (Robert); and his siblings, Janet Scott (Chuck), Donald Bailey (Alice) and James Sheldrake (Kathy). He is also survived by his 15 grandchildren and 7 great-grandchildren.
