We are sad to announce that on April 18, 2024, at the age of 87, Tobi E. Smith (Aspinwall, Pennsylvania) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husbands, Willard Carland and Roy D. Smith, Sr.; her granddaughter Danielle Cogswell; and her sibling Rae Gruenebaum. She is survived by: her children, Milene Hallos (Joseph) and Mindy Carland; her granddaughters, Alexandra Woessner (Sean) and Hannah Hallos (Rinus); her great grandchild Maverick Woessner; and her niece Hedy Abromovitz (Les).
