It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Shirley A. DiFilippo of Aspinwall, Pennsylvania, who passed away on April 3, 2025, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, John Clark and Cecelia Clark (Groger); her husband Bernard D. DiFilippo; and her siblings, Nancy Jones and Dwayne Groger.
She is survived by: her sisters, Audrey Deusanio and Betty Summerfield; her nieces, Ginny Stoehr (Bud), Dayna Fitchwell (Bob) and Jessica Haines; and her great-nieces and great-nephews, Bobby Fitchwell (Saidey), Avery Fitchwell, Emily Haines, Abby Nightingale (Henry), Aerith Nightingale, Becca Haines and Sara Haines. She is also survived by many numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, April 9th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Weddell-Ajak Funeral Home (100 Center Ave, Aspinwall, PA 15215). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, April 9th 2025 at 6:00 PM at the same location.
